Responsibilities

• Report to Logistics team
• Administrative work
• Close follow-up on orders and effective co-ordination among French headquarters, suppliers, forwarders &  to ensure on-time delivery
• Arrange shipments & liaise with all parties concerned
• to ensure the shipping documents provided by suppliers are complied with our LC requirements
• Prepare shipping & banking documents
• Accurate and timely data input of shipment details to order system
• Prepare shipping reports on a regular basis
• Handle courier arrangement for samples delivery
• Ad hoc work assignment as determined by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

• fresh graduated is welcome
• I/E shipping experience & knowledge in banking document
• Handle full set import & export bills & shipping documents & export bills & shipping documents
• Knowledge of Tradelink
• Accurate, reliable, well-organized, responsible & good team player
• Hard working & able to work under pressure & tight deadline
• Polite, responsive & punctual is a must
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Good computer Microsoft Office application skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
