Responsibilities:

• Follow up with existing suppliers on production forecast, schedule and delivery
• Handle shipping, licensing and regulatory matters for import/export of raw materials and finished goods
• Prepare and assist in verifying raw materials to OEM manufacturers
• Sourcing and placing orders for drug chemicals (raw materials) and commissioning requirements
• Assist in production planning and coordinate with OEM manufacturer and export of finished goods
• Involve in regulatory affairs for material sourcing and import/export of pharmaceutical chemicals
• Involve in new product development of non-drug items
• Negotiating with suppliers on the cost of new product development including test requirements
• Assist in inventory management
• Work closely with internal parties, e.g.  sales team and delivery team

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other related discipline
• 1 year relevant working experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning/Control or Inventory Control
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and purchasing pharmaceutical chemicals is an advantage
• Proactive problem solver
• Good team player
• Familiar with SAP, ORCALE or JDE is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
