Job Description
Our client is a leading global freight forwarding and logistics service provider with 1,000+ staff. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Benefits: 5 day, 13M+B, medical, allowance, etc.
Employment: it is a permanent job and our client will directly employ candidate
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team with around 10 members
- Plan, manage and control all aspects of the day-light operation in order to achieve scheduled departures and provide the highest level of service at the lowest cost
- Manage and control the ramp functions, including loading of aircraft, weight balance of aircraft, loading documentation, and maintaining power to grounded aircraft
- Verify freight with shipping documents, ensuring proper routing of freight
- Manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth
- Review customers’ feedback & operational issues to develop prompt action plan for improvement
- Ensure the operations being managed under full compliance of company policies and lawful regulations
Requirements:
- HD/ University Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent
- Good experience in air freight
