Responsibilities:

• Review the contracts and the credit terms and to ensure shipping documents are in compliance and payments are collected on timely basis.
• Preparation of invoices, drafts and related documents for banking.
• Liaise closely with suppliers to monitor the logistics of the cargo flow to the designated loading ports and to review loading progress of the vessel.
• Communicate to buyers /cargo receivers for document flow and to ensure the shipping documents to arrive at the discharge port timely for cargo clearance.
• Liaise closely with buyers and ship agents for the settlement after discharge operations.
• Report promptly to the managers for any collection and logistic issues.
• Undertake any other related responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements:

• The person should have post secondary education or above
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• Matured personality with good interpersonal skill.
• Minimum 5 years working experience gained with large trading concern, audit firms or with international banks.
• Proficiency with computer systems and with good knowledge in banking, shipping documents and trade finance.
• Degree holder preferred
• SAP Experience preferred
• Year end bonus
