Job Responsibilities:

• Process orders, handle enquiries from customers and co-workers
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the SAP system
• Work closely with overseas sales and logistic offices to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Follow-up shipment status and shipping documents in timely manner
• Maintain proper filing for easy retrieval of sales documents.

The Successful Applicant:

• Tertiary education with 1 - 2 years relevant working experience (less experience will also be considered)
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power-point
• Pleasant, hard working, initiative, self-motivated and attentive to details
• Knowledge of L/C and experience in shipping is preferable
• Experience in SAP SD module would be an advantage
