Job Descriptions:

• Handle shipping documents and full set I/E Experience
• Deal & co-ordinate with customers, consignees, factories, forwarders and transportation company for shipment arrangement and accurate schedule
• Follow up on shipping orders, warehouse goods in/out, and access control.
• Manage sales orders and parcel to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare sales weekly report and load plan
• Provide sales support to sales team
• I/E customs declaration (Tradelink)
• Handle banking & L/C documents

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 5 years of shipping experiences in trading firm or manufacturer and USA Market is preferred.
• Knowledge on EDI and Tradelink experience is preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Proficient at MS office, Excel, and computer skills
• Immediate availability is an advantage
