Responsibilities:

• Oversees maintenance tracking systems (CAMP/CMP) for the fleet and ensure full compliance with the related maintenance programs; Monitoring and timely update aircraft maintenance programs as required to maintain currency and accuracy of content. Raise reports and notify as required for changes made.
• Coordinate with maintenance providers to ensure that the current status of each aircraft is airworthy and its record is up-to-date, including a record of defects and their rectification or deferral; Ensuring accurate and effective communication is maintained between CAM, Owners representatives, and 145 organization, for scheduling and delivery of maintenance requirements. Timely creation of work orders and work packs for 3rd party Maintenance Repair Organizations.
• Closure of work packs ensuring accuracy of content and completion of Log Book Certificates within predetermined timescales. Update of aircraft physical records and maintenance tracking software.
• Compiling reports, utilization, reliability, flying profiles as required. Up-keeping current aircraft hours/cycles within predetermined timescales for accurate status update of aircraft records and tracking system.
• Establishes and maintains aircraft maintenance records required by regulatory authorities, manufacturer recommendations, and company policy; Support for regulatory audits and investigations.
• Ensures compliance with Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins relating to airworthiness of aircraft; and
• Maintains regular and timely communication with Customer Liaison to ensure all maintenance related issues are updated for aircraft owner’s attention.
• Back to birth review of aircraft records and application of country of regulation rules for continued airworthiness for setup within the maintenance tracking system to a common standard. Application of the same process to Airworthiness Review Certificates and changes of registration.

Requirements:

• CONCRETE Experiences in BUSINESS JET maintenance control, planning and implementation; 
• Possesses knowledge and practical experience in regulatory requirements and procedures for aircraft maintenance operations and standards relating to aircraft airworthiness;
• Experienced in the provision of a client focused operations services;
