Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of I/E custom declaration and documents, data verification vs system, filing and other clerical work 
• Handling operation duties at warehouse such as pick parts, packing of goods and ready shipping documents for shipments
• Handling booking form from forwarders or couriers
• Follow up with customers and vendors
• Communicate with US headquarters, China office and forwarders on logistics matters
• Shipment scheduling
• Updating warehouse documents plus physical stock count

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above
• 1 year+ working experience in inventory / logistics control, preferably in electronics industry
• PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Tradelink is preferred
• Good command in both written & spoken Mandarin plus English
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work independently under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
