Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing journal entries, invoicing and filing

• Assist in preparing daily report

• Assist in month end closing

• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting studies or above

• 1 year working experience in accounting field is preferable

• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in MS Excel

• Self-motivated, attentive to details and good team player

• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Immediate available is preferred

• Fresh graduate will also be considered

• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Accounting Assistant
