Main purpose of the role:

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational and service delivery matters of a division of Guarding Services.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Comany to achieve the annual budget of Guarding Services and other business objectives;
• Ensure delivery of high quality services to customers;
• Plan and organise the recruitment and deployment of manpower;
• Monitor the scheduling of manpower resources to ensure they are deployed in a cost effective manner;
• Make operational decisions on manpower posting;
• Lead all Operations Officers and Schedulers under his command to achieve the operational management objectives of his or her division;
• Manage all frontline staff in his or her division and be responsible for all staff related matters;
• Effectively retain staff with good performance record;
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures;
• Train and develop Operations Officers and Schedulers;
• Account Manage all customers of the divisions he or she is responsible for;
• Get to know the customers and offer effective solutions to satisfy their security needs;
• Personally handle customer complaints;
• Work with the Senior Operations Manager to set up and execute a training plan for frontline officers;
• Support the sales team in achieving the sales target;

Requirements :

• Form 5 or above or equivalent, Degree holder will be an advantage;
• At least 5 years experience in similar fields at management level;
• Good knowledge in computer literacy;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager.
