Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone calls and monitor office operations
- Inventory maintenance
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Approve order requests of necessary stationaries, general office work duty
- Organize and arrange schedule for director
Requirements :
- Proficiency in using MS Word/Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both English & Mandarin
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and good sense of responsibility
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Form 5 or above
