Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Product Development, Production, Marketing and Shipping team to process the order
- Attend Sales Meeting with overseas customers and prepare quotation offer
- Communicate with overseas customers as well as local buying office
- Communicate with vendors on order details including lab testing, site inspection and factory audit
- Shipment coordination
Job Requirements
- F6 or above, 2-3 years of work experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- High sense of responsibility and willing to work overtime
- Strong in MS office applications
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mardarin
