Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling full set of accounts
- Prepare cheques for signing by appropriate individuals, remittance and filling
- Prepare tele-transfer form according to statements of vendors
- Code, match and batch invoices of printing & invoices of courier
- Communicate and verify with accountants in vendors’ company about payment issue via phones
- Occasionally travel for stock take
- Perform ad hoc assignments as requested
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years relevant experience in trading or manufacturing industry preferred
- F 5 , LCCI 3rd level preferred
- Proficient in PC applications (MS Word & Excel)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Cautious, good time management and sensitive to figures
