Jobs Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling daily AR / AP
• Prepare receipt, payment, general journals and bank reconciliation
• Closely work with Sales Team and monitor Accounts Receivable for ensuring payment received on a timely basis
• Assists in preparing month end financial reports and analysis
• Reports to Accountant
• Ad hoc assignments when needed
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2-3 years’ hands on experience in debts collection with experience in retail / trading industry
• Strong logical sense, analytical skills with good personality and excellent communication skills
• Excellent excel skill is a must and hands-on experience in ERP / Dynamics AX is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Attention to details, accurate with numbers & independent
• Immediate available is highly preferable
