Job Description
The Group was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2012 (01260.HK) and is the only financial and PR Consultancy firm listed in Hong Kong.

Reporting to a senior human resources executive, you will be responsible to manage a full spectrum of HR functions in HK and China.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a full spectrum of Training & Development functions including delivery of in-house training and seminar;
- Develop and deliver general skills training courses
- Develop lesson rundown and consolidate materials of new courses under existing training curriculum;
- Coordinating with external consultancy on training & development events;
- Prepare training hand-outs, materials, tools and samples before training classes;
- Prepare training reports for management review on training effectiveness;
- Support store opening initiatives, staff development and service enhancing programs, projects and workshops.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in service industries, e.g. consultancies, agencies;
- Proficient in computer applications (including Microsoft Office);
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese).
- Immediate available is preferred.
