Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting journals and perform accounting and clerical duties including data entry, data analysis, filing and record keeping;
• Prepare various monthly financial statements including the breakdown schedules;
• Shipping support (Including document checking, free demurrage checking and other shipping duties as assigned).

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or a related discipline;
• Minimum 2-3 years' relevant work experience;
• Experience in Food Importing and trading industry is preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS office and general accounting system.
• Must be responsible, careful, well-organized, hard working & willing to learn
