Responsibilities

• Prepare daily vouchers and monthly accounts
• Handle staff claim, expenses payment, settlements with brokers and client’s withdrawal
• Prepare bank reconciliations and accounting schedules
• Identify improvement needs on existing accounting system, processes and procedures
• Support office automation by developing user defined applications
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 1 to 3 years' progressive experience in system development, documentation and implementation, preferably in financial services industry
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and Financial Resources Rules (FRR) is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office applications, especially Excel VBA
• Familiar with accounting software, preferably in Flex Accounting System
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
