Summary

We are offering an opportunity for a well-organized person eager to operate our accounting for our Hong Kong company

Function & work:

• Monitor accounting process, update books, bookkeeping and maintain daily transactions.
• Banking and performing bank reconciliations
• Monthly report management.
• Cash flow management.
• Annual audit follow up
• Monthly financial reporting to head quarter.
• Any Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the management.

Organization:

• Strong organizational skills and responsible.
• Able to work independently
• Weekly report to Head office
• Daily contact direction located in CHINA

Applicants profile:

• Bachelor degree in accounting / CPA
• advanced with Quickbook & QBO
• Experience in using logistics software and ERP (NAVISION, SAP) is an advantage.
• Computer literacy: Excel, Words, PPT, Emails
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (French is a big advantage)

Package:

• Salary to be discussed case by case. (18000HKD/Month)
• 5 days/week + Public Holidays.
