Responsibilities:

• Data input of accounting entries in ERP system
• Prepare sales invoices and AR aging report
• Check supplier invoices and prepare AP aging report
• Check inventory records and assist to handle monthly stock take
• Prepare petty cash vouchers

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accountancy or relevant disciplines
• Holder of LCCI Higher Certificate
• Hands-on experience of accounting software is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, good time management and good team player
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure, responsible and initiative
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
