Employer

We are helping our employer (United States based fashion/ garment sourcing company) to recruit an Assistant Accounting Officer- Account Payable (AP) position, in order to support their expanding business in Hong Kong as regional sourcing hub. 

Responsibilities

Reporting to Accounting Manager, you will

- be responsible for managing invoice process and sampling spending management

- help improve the internal and external invoice submission and processing procedure

- manage day-to-day receipts, confirm & verify submitted invoices

- handle enquiries from agents/ vendors regarding payment issues

- get involved in ad hoc projects

Requirements

You should be at least a Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Accounting & Finance, with at least 1 year of in-house or commercial accounting daily operation experience, preferably from garment/ fashion sourcing industries. You should be able to work under pressure and committed to meet deadlines. You should be able to speak and write English & Chinese. You should be capable of using Excel. You will have chance to assess SAP systems.
