Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and support daily accounting operations of Group companies;
• Engage in month-ended closing;
• Follow up the settlement status for accounts receivables
• Supervise juniors to handle accounts payable and reconciling intercompany transactions,
• Monitor cash flow control and fund transfer transactions;
• Arrange trade finance with bank;
• Support ad-hoc assignments;
• Required to travel to Cambodia (every 2 months for 4-5 days);

Requirements :

• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which solid experience in managing accounting operations is a must;
• Previous experience in handling invoice financing/ factoring are highly preferred;
• Integrity, strong sense of responsibilities, work independently, able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadline in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in verbal and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word and Excel.  Prior experience in Peachtree systems is an advantage;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
