Responsibilities

• Responsible for the month-end closing and prepare the monthly report
• Responsible for the cash reconciliation for the restaurant
• Ensure the compliance with accounting policies and streamline work procedures
• Assist the Accounting Manager in preparation of the weekly management report
• Maintain the full set of books and review the accounting transaction in detail
• Review and conduct fixed asset counts, and stock take on a periodical basis
• Assist and participate in the implementation of accounting software

Requirements

• Attain LCCI higher or student of other recognised professional accounting association such as AAT and ACCA.
• At least 3-4 years of accounting experience, prior experience in F&B or retail industry is preferred.
• Able to maintain the full set of accounts independently and work under tight deadline during month-end closing
• Familiar with Peachtree is preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills
• Immediate available is preferable
