Job Description

1. Basic admin duties like answering of phone calls, filing order and data entry, and copying document

2. Receive and reply emails, manage records and folders, process and confirm delivery order

3. Provide sales report/information to the department.

4. Update data, filing, and sales support

5. Check and communicate with warehouse for inventory accounting checking each month

6. Perform and check accounts payable, invoice, and other accounts documents

7. Perform and check invoice and payable of customer

8. Any other duties that is assigned by the head of department
