The Job:

• Lead and supervise the accounts payable team
• Manage cash flow under the accounts payable schedule
• Monitor performance of accounts payable systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain vendor profile and accounts payable system access control
• Carry out system testing to ensure smooth and proper implementation
• Perform general ledger posting with weekly, monthly and bank reconciliation
• Provide support for finance and ISO audits conducted by both internal and external sources
• Recommend and implement policies, procedures and new workflow to administer account payable process for latest business model
• Prepare management and operational statistic reports
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related  discipline
• Minimum 5-6 years of accounting experience in Telecommunications or Finance industry
• Self-motivated and strong passion to deliver result
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in Oracle System, PC applications including MS Excel macro, Words,  Access
• Good  interpersonal  and  communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
