Job Description
Our client, a market leader in Global Material Distributor, has a unique opening for a talented professional to join.
Responsibilities:
To identify sourcing opportunities and procurement synergy through market analysis and data analysis
To conduct analysis by monitor global market information; trade flows, market change, trade policy changes, raw materials market reports and prepare management reports and operational reports to the group’s material sourcing team in Asia
To analyst accurate and effective information for material sources team for procurement programs, developing suppliers and designing the supply chain strategy.
To identify opportunities by market analyst and support local group companies to optimize their product portfolio
To prepare, consolidate and analyze Asia sourcing report & executive summary to HQ in Europe
To Support ad-hoc management market analysis, assignments and projects as required
Requirements:
Degree or above in BBA, Finance, Logistics, Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' regional experience with data analytics from sizable multinational company
Candidate from Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Industry is a definite advantage
Strong business acumen with a logical mindset; Good understanding the procurement program project life cycle from developing suppliers, purchasing, distribution and supply chain strategy.
Self-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills
A detail orientated person with excellent presentation and summarization skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is important
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; Candidate with Adobe InDesign exp will be a plus
