Responsibilities:

• Handle Hong Kong company P&L , Balance sheet, etc.;
• Daily book-keeping;
• Assistance to handling Mainland China Co. P&L , Balance sheet etc.;
• Crosschecking & monitoring accounts of other Mainland China subsidiary company;
• Routine accounting duties, included month-end closing report, accounts receivable (A/R) & payable (A/P), etc.;
• Preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports, budget forecast, financial statements, basic financial analysis, etc.;
• Issue VAT invoice for PRC company (fapiao);
• Maintain VAT invoice (Fapiao) inventory;
• Monthly sales record update of Hong Kong, China & Subsidiary China companies;
• Assistance in handling VAT refund;
• Follow up of outstanding payments;
• Assist Business Office & other Administrative tasks;
• Coordinate with outside professionals (consultants, tax advisers, lawyers, banks, auditors etc.);

Requirements:

• University graduates (Accounting or Business Administrations degree) is preferred;
• Professional accounting qualification is preferred;
• Certificate of LCCI Accounting Level I –III is preferred;
• Proficiency in PC literature and Microsoft Office applications;
• Knowledge of business environment of Hong Kong and PRC;
• Knowledge in accounting, experience with audit and HK Company Laws is preferred;
• Previous working history in similar duties is preferred, min. 1-2 years of eligible working experience;  
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Basic knowledge of Italian language will be considered as a plus;
• Good communication skill, able to manage the priorities and deadlines, good team player;
• Knowledge of Hong Kong & PRC compliance regulations, such as accounting rules, taxation is preferred;
