Job Description
The Role
The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

Monitor relative inbound EDI BAPLIE and declaration messages and clarification with shipping lines

Monitor and dispatch relative vessels’ declaration messages to adjacent terminal

Co-ordinate with internal and external parties on data requirements or clarification

Handle and solve problem as arisen in operations
-
Assist in overseeing shift manning on daily basis
The Person
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- F.5 or above
- 2 years’ working experience preferably gained in terminal operations or shipping industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
- Willing to perform jobs on shift basis
