Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-set of accounting functions, including account receivable and accounts payable;
• Responsible for invoicing, bank reconciliation, and stock keeping;
• Prepare internal financial reports;
• Handle accounting issues for the company and affiliates;
• Liaise with the company's auditors;
• Assist in general office administrative works; and,
• Other administrative duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma with LCCI Intermediate Level or above;
• At least three-year accounting experience;
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and willing to work in a team;
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and English/Chinese word processing;
• Detail-minded, well organized and willing to learn; and,
• Prior knowledge of accounting software is preferred (e.g. MYOB, DacEasy etc)
