Renaissance College opened for students in August 2006 and is providing an all-through education for 2,100 students aged 5 to 18 years. With advanced design and facilities, Renaissance College is testament to ESF’s continuing contribution to the future of quality education in Hong Kong, featuring first-class amenities such as a dedicated sports centre with sports hall and swimming pool, cafeteria, library and performance arts centre; and high-level infrastructure for Information and Communication Technology. We have a fully developed 1:1 Apple laptop programme for over 1100 students and further 500 school owned Apple laptops and desktops. We also have a growing iPad programme.

Responsibilities

RCHK PTA (Parent Teacher Students Association) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic candidate for the post of Full Time PTA Assistant to assist the PTA on its daily operations and on special events

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys meeting a variety of people and can deal with parents and students as well as liaise with colleagues.

• Assist the PTA co-chairmen in the daily operations of the association
• Help in the organization of major and minor events (School Fair, Second hand uniform sales, Joyfull fruit day, Morning conferences with parents, social events…)
• Liaise with school administration for the Funding requests
• Follow up on administrative tasks related to the PTA operations (agreements, license, raffle tcikets…)
• Handle donations
• Help in moving equipment or donations when needed
  
  

Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00pm (5 days a week)

Requirements

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and social media
• Pleasant, polite, responsible, organized and able to work independently
