Our client, Japanese trading company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Retail Operation Assistant -- Japanese speaking (Ref: #37370)

Job Descriptions:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to operations team and retail shops
• Support Area Managers with all policies and procedures to streamline the stores efficiency
• Prepare sales report analysis and routine operations reports by weekly and monthly for management review
• Responsible to handle stores administration support such as monthly stationary, sundries, recording, maintenance, arrange stock take, etc.
• Handle other ad hoc projects assignments

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years experience in retail industry
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Fluent Japanese is a great advantage but not necessary
• Good computer literacy including MS Office Applications (MS Excel, Word), Chinese Word Processing
