Job Description
- High Diploma or above in education, with pass in English & Chinese.
- 2 years working experience in general office administration.
- Responsible for admin. Items ordering (stationary, printed matters, office sundry). Managing office cleaning & housekeeping, equipments’ maintenance, office renovation and repair work, fixed assets administration, etc.
- Assist in Administration & related issue.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Being a good Team player, well-organized and attentive to details.
- Proficiency in PC operation e.g. MS Office application & Chinese word processing.
- Immediate availability is a must.
