Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional HR advice and services to support business growth and achieve company objectives include but not limited to recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, staff engagement activities and training & development.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Act as a key point of contact for line managers for HR issues and provide advice and guidance in line with policies and procedures, employment law and best practice.
• Provide HR administrative supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources & Administration or relevant disciplines 
• Minimum of 3 years’ solid frontline recruitment experience, preferably gained in FMCG industry
• Good numerical sense and fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing
• Great passion in talent acquisition and management
• Self-motivated, proactive, analytical and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant HR Officer  
• Immediate available is highly preferred
