Job Description
Responsibilities
- To provide daily administrative support to the team
- To handle and answer customer phone calls and enquiries in a professional manner in English/Cantonese
- To organize meetings and appointments for the team
- To input daily work orders into the system and input system related activities
- To perform ad hoc project/works as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Diploma holder and above
- At least 2 years' experience in related field
- Service-minded, mature, independent, self-motivated; able to work under pressure
- Good analytical, communication, planning & organizing skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
