Job Description

Our client is software trading company in Hong Kong and Macau, they are now looking for candidate to join their company:

Job Responsibilities

Handle purchase orders and arrange delivery with suppliers
Prepare sales related documents including invoice and quotation
Handle order processing with clients and maintain order schedules
Prepare custom declare and shipping documents
Administrative support and outdoor duties

Job Requirements

Form 5 or above with at least 5 years relevant working experience
Background gained from trading is an asset
Enjoy to work in a small company, work independent and hands on
Good spoken and written English and Chinese
Well-versed in using MS Office including Excel and Chinese WP
Immediate available is highly preferred

5-day work in Wanchai with benefits
