You will work with experienced and energetic staffing team. This will be an exciting opportunity for you to get solid fundamentals in the world of recruitment service. 

Responsibilities:

• Candidate management - handle daily candidates’ attendance list; update and confirm work roster; draft and post advertisement to explore candidate pool
• Project Coordination - understand and match what client needs for various events
• Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for temporary, temporary to hire, or direct hire opportunities.
• Administrative support to the team
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• DSE /Diploma or above with working experience, plus strong interest in flexible staffing business
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Highly-driven and a positive mindset, good team player
• Proficient in MS office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese plus Mandarin
