Job Responsibilities 職責:

• Establish & implement internal control procedures and system modification;
• Handle full spectrum of HR services and duties including recruitment, compensation and benefits including monthly payroll calculation, MPF administration, medical, taxation, leave and attendance record maintenance etc…
• In charge of submitting relevant HR reports to management, both on monthly and on ad hoc basis.
• Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiatives at work;
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
• Proactively provide professional HR advice and support on HR issues, policies, and projects

Job Requirements 入職要求:

• University degree in Human Resources or other related discipline
• Minimum 15-20 years relevant experience in a series of progressively more responsible HR positions, including a minimum of 5 years at managerial level
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent mandarin to native is a must
• Good computer skills in Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
• Experience in managing payroll will be an advantage;
• Excellent leadership skills and people management skills.
• Experience within IT industry preferred
• Must be a good team player, proactive, capable of multi-tasking with a can do working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• More experience will consider HR director
