Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow up customer orders
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 / DSE graduate or above
- Well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, energetic with a pleasant personality and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of computers for MS Word and Excel
- Relevant training and experience would be an advantage
- The ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment
- Adaptable nature
- Immediate available is preferred
