Responsibilities :

• Handle client enquiries and general administrative works
• Company set up document preparation, handle full set of company statutory records for Hong Kong and Overseas companies
• Coordinate and assist bank accounts opening for clients
• Liaise with clients on annual renewal of business registration and statutory filings
• Monitor statutory filing deadlines
• Liaise with the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department
• Daily filing for client documents
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements :

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, detail oriented, sense of responsibility
• Hard-working and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of CSA software is an advantage
• Good PC knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Suitable candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Company Secretary
• Immediate availability preferred
