Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to research departments;
- Responsible for editing documents and reports;
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data-entry and filing, etc.;
- Ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
-
F5/DSE graduated (fresh graduate will be considered);
- Experiences in customer service or internal work coordination is preferable;
- Positive, passionate, self-motivated, patience, and able to work independently;
- Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK;

Proficiency in English & Chinese typing;
- Immediate availability preferred;
- More experience will be considered as senior position.
Salary: HK$65-HK$80 per hour
Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (Flexible)
Working Location: Wanchai
