Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally through emails, hotlines and social networking apps;
• General administrative duties;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment;
• Provide operation supports to retail shops.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in cosmetics field;
• High proficiency in Chinese, Mandarin and English (written & spoken);
• Proficient in computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills;
• Team player with strong customer orientation;
• Strong interpretation, communication and presentation skills;
• Initiative, organized and detail-oriented.
