Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Data Entry and Document Support (preparing packing list, invoice, stock list, etc)
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management staff
- Handle ad-hoc projects or other activities as assigned by managers and director of the company
- Handle air tickets and hotel online booking for business trip
Requirements :
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Knowledge in MS Office applications. Proficiency in EXCEL is required.
- Willingness to learn and self-motivated
- Good team worker with good manner
- Responsible, well-organized and independent
- Able to communicate in Cantonese / English. Korean is a plus but not necessary.
- At least 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
- Knowledge in social media (facebook, instagram...) is an advantage.
Renumeration :
- Monthly salary bet. HKD13,000 - 14,000 depending on experience and academic background
- 5.5 working day per week
