Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Data Entry and Document Support (preparing packing list, invoice, stock list, etc)
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management staff
  • Handle ad-hoc projects or other activities as assigned by managers and director of the company
  • Handle air tickets and hotel online booking for business trip

 

Requirements :

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications. Proficiency in EXCEL is required.
  • Willingness to learn and self-motivated
  • Good team worker with good manner
  • Responsible, well-organized and independent
  • Able to communicate in Cantonese / English. Korean is a plus but not necessary.
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
  • Knowledge in social media (facebook, instagram...) is an advantage.

 

Renumeration :

  • Monthly salary bet. HKD13,000 - 14,000 depending on experience and academic background
  • 5.5 working day per week
  • Overtime allowance
