Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively support executive directors and senior managers in preparation of presentation materials, reports and dashboards and other necessary documents;
• Act as a liaison for the senior management, project team, other staff and external counterparties to coordinate and implement the projects and facilitate smooth rollout of projects;
• Provide innovative and creative ideas to the project team to enhance business development;
• Assist the portfolio manager in relation to the operational and administrative processes of the portfolios, including but not limited to settlement, reconciliation, valuation and compliance submissions;
• Provide administrative and ad hoc support to teammates and other staff.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in business, finance or accounting;
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to work on multiple assignments and deal with various counterparties;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good team player;
• Self-motivated and self-starter;
• Highly Interested in finance and investment industry and start-up businesses;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English;
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is preferable.
