Major Responsibilities:

• To manage and upkeep Access Control System, CCTV System
• To manage the staff access card and maintain the card record
• To provide Audio-Visual System support to meetings
• To arrange periodic system testing, inspection, repair and maintenance on equipment and systems
• To maintain and upkeep the equipment’s inventory
• To assist in AV facilities related projects
• To supervise contractors’ work on during non-office hours and/or weekends upon requested
• Carry out administration services and support in facilities projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in facility management / Audio-Visual System Operation
• Hands-on experience in managing outsourced contractors and service providers
• Proficient in MS applications, and knowledge in AUTOCAD will be an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, preferably in Putonghua as well
• Able to respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills, responsible and a good team player

Remuneration and Benefits:
