- French Luxury Fashion Retail Brand
- Open for candidates that is passionate with luxury retail & luxury retail sales/CS experience
- Regional role - covering HK (7 shops), Macau (2 shops) & TW
- Training Team: 1 Retail Training Manager - 1 Retail Trainer
- Business Travel is needed (Around 20%)
- Attractive salary package (25-35k - based on years of experience)
About the company:
Our client is a highly international and innovative French Luxury Fashion Brand with a growing business across in Hong Kong, now seeking an retail trainer to join their team in Hong Kong.
You will be report to the Retail Training Manager that has been with the company for 6 years. She will lead and develop you to take charge for the retail training area.
Job Description:
- Provide a range of training program, including field coaching, CS training, product training, soft skills training, management training etc
- Responsible for train-the-trainer program
- Participate in mystery shopper program and talent assessment process to access retail training needs
- Monitor and follow-up on training to ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet the corporate standard and to ensure applied knowledge will put into practice
- Develop the talent program to identify talented staff.
- Provide training, coaching, orientation program not only to retail staffs but also to the retail operation and back office staffs.
Requirement:
- Passionate in luxury product/brands
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
