Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to formulate office administration procedures and policies
- Co-ordinate with internal users for various administration tasks
- Prepare various routine reports on administration system and HR management
- Monitor ISO documents, KPI and all related duties
- Solid knowledge of 6S by SGS is a plus
- Handle ad hoc projects
- Work closely with officer in PRC and offshore officer
Requirements:-
- TI /F7, with at least 5 yrs working experience in manufacturing field and 2 yrs at managerial level
- Effective in planning, organizing and communicating
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in computer applications and common software
- Occasional travel to China Factory on requested
