Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General office administration support
- Daily administrative works and documentary: controlIncluding facilities management, equipment maintenance, handling office supplies.
- Co-ordinate meeting, Organizing staff events
- Travel & accommodation arrangement
- Prepare Document to support company secretary
- Process Approval and arrange all payment, Book keeping to outsource accountant
- Organize exhibition events, assist marketing promotion and sales engagement
- Provide full spectrum of HR functionsParticipate in ad-hoc duties & tasks
- Payroll, MPF, Taxation Employee attendance & Leave management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Recruitment and manage staff relations.
- Implement HR policies
- Participate in ad-hoc duties & tasks
Requirements:
- Degree or High Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in administration field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English,Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Self-motivated, Independent, Responsible, Stable and strong team spirit
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF & other legal regulations
- Immediate available is preferable
