You are to assist the retail manager in the following:

• Implement sales strategy and oversee the retail operations for multiple stores to achieve company objectives, sales & margin, and manage costs and overheads within budget
• You will have to ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction and in alignment with brand standards
• Prepare operational analysis, performance evaluations and reports.
• Plan, prepare and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales target laid down by management
• Effective allocation of manpower and stock control to achieve the best result.
• Stock inventory control
• Plan the human resource requirements for ensuring a stable and capable workforce to support the business; and implement staff development / succession plan for long-term business development
• Provide counselling, coaching, training and motivating the retail sales staff at shops

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Business or Management
• 3 - 5 years of related work experience in retail operations, preferably in beauty
• Excellent organizing skill & project management
