Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Full range of company secretarial works (including company formation, preparing annual returns, minutes / resolutions etc) for Hong Kong and offshore companies
  • Provide corporate secretarial support services such as organizing and preparing documents for board meetings, taking minutes at board meetings group companies to clients including trade associations and non-profit organizations
  • Execute ad-hoc projects as assigned

 
Requirements:

  • University degree holder
  • Student member of HKICS / ICSA / professional accounting bodies
  • 2 to 3 years experience in company secretarial service in CPA firm preferred
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), strong communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Immediately available
