Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the sales operation of the company
• Data entry and documents filing
• Handle phone calls
• Other ad hoc tasks or projects as may be assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At Least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Self-motivated, proactive and well organized.

Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM
Sat: 8:30AM-1:00PM or 8:30AM-4:30PM, 5.5-6 working days per week,

Working in Chai Wan.
