Job Description

Responsibilities:

The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting HR Directors and management of general HR team activities.
We are currently looking for a strong administrator/analyst, who enjoys a fast paced and challenging environment. This role would suit someone with high levels of organisational, administrative, systems and computer literacy (particularly in Microsoft Excel & HRIS). HR experience is not essential for this role, however is desirable

 

Administration support for HR Directors

-       Responsible for managing travel requirements for HR Directors which includes:

  • Flight cost comparison (Especially for Long-haul flight)
  • Travel requisition
  • Hotel reservation
  • Local transportation
  • VISA application

-       Process and administer travel expenses claim via the Concur system

-       Provide procurement system support via Vbuy

 

General team administration support

-       Support Talent Acquisition and Recruitment team with interview scheduling and management

-       Follow-up of team administrative items, emails, etc.

-       Assist with other systems approvals as and when needed 

-       Incoming Documents / Parcel distribution to the team

-       Management and support of the staff purchase process

-       Support team activities (eg. Team lunch/dinner, birthday celebration, team building activities etc)

-       Ad hoc projects/initiatives related to HR team projects etc

 

Requirements:

-       Higher Diploma or above 

-       1 -2 years clerical work experience

-       High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

-       Excellent reporting, system and computer literacy (‘Excel’ / spreadsheets)

-       Ability to manage conflicting priorities and a high level of administration

-       Good relationship building skills and Customer Service focus

-       Understand the importance of confidential data and information

-       Adaptable, Flexible & ability to embrace stress

-      Fluent in spoken English

-       Proficient in MS Office (Power Point, Word) and Outlook
